01

What does it take to open a club?

A desire to organize events and about 15 people who want to play.

02

How do I start?

Gather the inventory and find a venue. An average game runs 45–60 minutes. Plan 4–5 games on the first day so everyone plays 2–3 times. Ask players to pick nicknames for atmosphere. Make sure the moderator knows the rules well. Hold a discussion circle after each game.

03

How do I grow the club?

Talk to your players and hear their impressions. Set up a communication space (social networks, messengers). Pick a convenient game day and announce events in advance. Consider keeping a rating — clubs without one often lose momentum. Use mafiaratings.com for easy rating management.

04

Tips for a growing club

Find an assistant for organizational support. Choose a neutral, convenient venue. Build a Mafia school for newcomers. Establish a seating system. With 30+ active players, split them into leagues.
